Eat better (Despite to my beliefs, eating Wendy’s more than 2 or 3 times a week isn’t helping me at all)
Walk around more. Walking helped me so much beforehand, I just got to get used to doing it...

I have the greatest mother in the world.
Knowing I’ve been going through a lot and basically crying on the phone with her, she told me she was going to surprise me.
She sent me a link for a massage place so I can relax and get a massage.
I’m really grateful for my mom, she’s always there for me when I need it.

For once, I would love to feel 100% healthy. I’m tired of feeling tired, sick, stressed and depressed. Going home for three weekends straight didn’t help me, it just made me want to go home even more.
Hopefully Halloween weekend will cheer me up and make me feel better about everything. But then again, with all of my midterms next week, I don’t think I can even enjoy that. Exams...
